Management is professional and centralized, selling or passing on your share is handled in an orderly way through the trust, and if your apartment is not available, we have a strategic reserve of weeks to give you one that is the same or better*. Your share can also back a loan of up to 50% of its value**.

You choose your weeks on the calendar, and they're yours every year: they're written into your contract and repeat year after year. To use them, just confirm your arrival with your VidaMar concierge, and your apartment will be ready for you.
MX$8,700 a year for each week you own. It covers the upkeep of your apartment and the common areas: gas, electricity, water, internet, property tax, the beach club, and administration of the trust; pools, Club House, landscaping, security, cleaning, and trash collection; staff, cleaning supplies, and laundry; policies and insurance, including natural-disaster insurance; and a reserve fund.
It also renews your apartment: towels every year, linens every 3 years, pool furniture every 3, and paint, waterproofing, furniture, and appliances every 5.

You reserve your weeks with a reservation deposit of MX$20,000, by bank transfer or card, and have 2 weeks to sign your contract.
